BLT Wraps
I can only think of one thing that is better than a BLT. bLT Wraps! I only eat bread a couple of times a month, but that doesn’t mean we don’t eat BLTs. In fact, this is one of my go to weekday dinners.

  1. Cook bacon until crispy
  2. Cut tomato, cucumber, cheese, and any other goodie you want to add to your wrap
  3. Put two pieces of romaine lettuce on top of each other, each end facing in separate directions
  4. Stack filling ingredients inside lettuce like a taco
  5. Top with salt & pepper and oil & vinegar
  6. Eat the wrap with your hands like a taco
